Providence College - Ruane center for humanities

The new 70,000 square foot Friar Development Center will house the Providence College Men’s basketball practice and support facility and expanded career service center serving both the student and the student athlete. The Skyline team provided Audio Visual systems, practice court technology, building utility connectivity as well as LAN Technology Services Qualifications Page 55 in-building design documents suitable for bid to technology system providers.

Our effort started with the enabling phase and worked in conjunction with Providence College Capital Project Group, Academic Media Services, Men’s Basketball management team, Perkins Eastman Architects and MEP Engineers. We utilized PC design standards to develop construction and bid documents for all technology systems included in the project. We provided on-site owner’s representation project management services for the entire technology system build-out. Our project team consisted of Joe E Mello as Project Manager, James Katseff, RCDD as Project Manager, Tim Baeta, CTS as Project Designer.
