The Skyline Group provided Information Technology infrastructure design documents for the new state-of-the-art Dolan School of Business academic building which broke ground in the spring of 2018 with completion scheduled for the fall of 2019. Plans for the new building feature modern simulated trading in a dynamic and interactive learning environment, a big data analytics lab, an entrepreneurship center with ideation lab space, a gaming lab, active learning and case-based classrooms.

The new Dolan School building will support the School’s exceptional faculty, nationally-ranked business disciplines, strong student internships, and professional development programs, all backed by the University’s engaged alumni network. Working in conjunction with the Fairfield University (FFU) Infrastructure Services Group, FFU Facilities Management, SLAM Collaborative and MEP engineers, our deliverables included Schematic Design, Design Documents and Construction Document drawings and Division 27 specifications for the incoming utilities to the building as well as in-building connectivity suitable for bid.
