Authored and distributed RFP for bid to qualified contractors.
The scope of the project was to provide telecommunications consulting and engineering services for the colleges’ new buildings the Fine Arts Building and a new Dormitory Building (Suites).
Researched and developed concise plans to include Telecommunications outlet locations and type, space requirements for the proposed cabling system and cable tray, electrical outlet requirements at the workstations and Telecommunications Rooms, lighting requirements for the TR’s and pathway requirements.
Developed telecommunications cabling specifications and drawings in accordance with PC Telecommunication Standards.
Developed recommendations for cabling system for future buildings.
Facilitated coordination with PC Telecommunications staff and the MEP Engineers to create details of the required outlet locations as well as Telecommunications room locations and design details.
Authored and distributed new building RFP for bid to qualified contractors.
Evaluated and recommended best skilled contractor to PC.
