Meet The TSG Team
Mr. Higgins has over 35 years of extensive experience in project management, design/engineering, implementation and ongoing operation of multiple site systems involving state-of-the-art communication, telephone and electronic systems. Mr. Higgins specific experience includes, Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone systems with voice mail, copper and fiber optic conduit and cable design, installation, outside and inside plant engineering, fiber optic transmission systems, security systems, equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance. His particular experience, in recent years, includes coordination with all building trades pertinent to the installation and continuous maintenance of communications systems. Mr. Higgins has extensive experience with design and engineering in the States of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, New York, Florida, Iowa, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. In the past, Mr. Higgins has held as license as a Certified BICSI Installation Program trainer and currently holds a State of Rhode Island Contractors License.
James Katseff, RCDD,
CAD and Project Administrator
Tim Baeta provides support to company engineers in creation of all design, construction, and as-built documentation packages. Familiarity with CAD allows him to create drawings for building site plans, floor plans, systems risers, product and construction details. Tim compiles supplemental documentation for material take-offs, estimates and as-built’s. Five years of management experience allows Tim to assist with on-site project management and field coordination, providing daily field reports on job progression.
Mr. Joseph “Joe” Mello has over 25 years of extensive industry experience in implementing large scale, national construction and telecommunications projects. As our Operations and Field Teams leader, he has strong planning, communications and leadership skills. Client and stakeholder communications and coordination with strong multitasking abilities allow Joe to effectively manage internal resources and project requirements with a “Can Do” attitude, ensuring projects are brought in on time while
ensuring the performance and programming criteria are met within budget.
Jack Higgins, Administrative Assistant/Communications Support
Jack is our administrative and communications coordinator for the field, engineering and sales teams.
He handles the numerous tasks necessary to keep the office running smoothly, establishing procedures and coordinating the flow of work for all TSG employees in conjunction with our Operations Manager.
Additionally Jack has taken a lead role in updating our social media and website content and the development of marketing materials and deliverables for client projects.
Internally Jack is involved with business development support and special projects, helping with sourcing vendors, and working with new and existing clients and suppliers.
With a background in environmental sciences and technologies, Jack is focused on identifying energy savings programs and initiatives as well as compliance of project specifications with applicable governmental guidelines and regulations related to green building and innovative energy initiatives.
