Mr. Higgins has over 35 years of extensive experience in project management, design/engineering, implementation and ongoing operation of multiple site systems involving state-of-the-art communication, telephone and electronic systems. Mr. Higgins specific experience includes, Private Branch Exchange (PBX) telephone systems with voice mail, copper and fiber optic conduit and cable design, installation, outside and inside plant engineering, fiber optic transmission systems, security systems, equipment installation, testing, troubleshooting and maintenance.

His particular experience, in recent years, includes coordination with all building trades pertinent to the installation and continuous maintenance of communications systems. Mr. Higgins has extensive experience with design and engineering in the States of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, Connecticut, New York, Florida, Iowa, Georgia, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Ohio. In the past, Mr. Higgins has held as license as a Certified BICSI Installation Program trainer and currently holds a State of Rhode Island Contractors License.
